By downloading, installing, or using the FlowCheck mobile application or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FlowCheck ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

You must create an account to use FlowCheck. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us at security@getflowcheck.app of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
FlowCheck offers a free tier with limited features. No payment information is required for the free tier.
FlowCheck Pro is a paid subscription offering additional features. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($34.99/year) basis, with prices subject to change. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store.
We may offer a free trial period for FlowCheck Pro. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable subscription rate unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. If you have concerns about a charge, contact Apple Support or reach out to us at support@getflowcheck.app.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful personal finance management purposes. You must not:

The information provided through FlowCheck — including account balances, transaction data, spending insights, budget analysis, credit scores, and financial projections — is provided for informational purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:
FlowCheck integrates with third-party services including Plaid, Experian, Firebase (Google), Apple App Store, and RevenueCat. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services.
In particular, your bank connection is governed by Plaid's Terms of Service and End User License Agreement, which you accept when you connect your bank account through FlowCheck.
The Service and all of its contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the design, graphics, code, text, and user interface) are owned by FlowCheck and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain all rights to the financial data and content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data solely to provide the Service features to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowCheck disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

In any event, our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to FlowCheck in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $50.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FlowCheck and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by going to Settings → Delete Account within the app. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. If any provision of this arbitration clause is found unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remainder shall remain in full force.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account before the effective date.
