By creating a FlowCheck account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By using FlowCheck you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.

2. Not Financial Advice

FlowCheck is not a bank, broker, or investment advisor. Nothing in this App constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use FlowCheck.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for your account credentials. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscription

7-day free trial then $4.99/month or $24.99/year, billed by Apple. Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

6. Bank Connections

Bank connections use Plaid Technologies. FlowCheck receives read-only access only. We cannot move money or modify accounts. Your banking credentials go directly to Plaid, never to FlowCheck.

7. Face ID

Face ID is handled entirely by Apple's Secure Enclave. Your biometric data never leaves your iPhone and FlowCheck never accesses it.

8. Disclaimer

FlowCheck is provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy of financial data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial losses arising from use of this App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nebraska, United States.

7. Children

FlowCheck is not for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
